Ladies who can benefit from Hilltop's services come from all areas of life. Through a faith based Chemical dependency treatment facility we offer a healthy life through our three major programs.

Our Community Outreach Program meets individuals where they are—whether on the streets, in temporary shelters, or in unstable housing. Each week, our outreach team connects with 150–200 people, offering evening meals long after other services have closed. We assist with applications, provide transportation to appointments, distribute hygiene essentials, and most importantly, offer compassionate listening and encouragement. This program builds trust and opens the door to deeper recovery services.

Our Intensive Outpatient Program is designed for women who need structured support but do not require residential care. The IOP includes group and individual therapy focused on addiction recovery, healthy relationships, and self-worth. Each participant receives personalized case management, including goal setting, housing navigation, and employment readiness.

When a person has determined they are ready to commit to a residential program they are committing to a 30-day focus period where they will be able to reset and restore their vision for the future. After graduating the focus period, the ladies enter phase two where they re-enter the workforce and start building community.
